Team Coaches, Kit Logistics and Matchday Timing

KTC provides dedicated ground transport for professional sport: team coaches for playing squads, support vehicles for coaching, medical and analysis staff, kit and equipment runs, airport transfers for arriving players, and VIP movement for owners, sponsors and match officials. KTC supplied coaches for Major League Cricket in the United States and ran player transport during The Hundred in the United Kingdom, alongside team and event work across India and worldwide.

WHAT WE DELIVER

End-to-End Sports Team and Event Mobility

From a single fixture to a full league season, KTC plans the movement rather than simply supplying vehicles. Sport runs on fixed timings that do not move for traffic, so the plan is built backwards from the first ball, with a named coordinator accountable for every vehicle.

SPORTS EXPERTISE

From team hotel to stadium, on the whistle

Rear three-quarter view of the Major League Cricket team coach staged at the depot before a matchday

KTC has moved playing squads, match officials and sporting delegations in India and overseas, including branded team coaches for Major League Cricket in the United States and Mercedes-Benz V-Class fleets for The Hundred across England and Wales. A televised fixture has a broadcast window, an approved route into the venue and a designated set-down point, and the squad has to arrive into that sequence rested and on time.

FULL-SCOPE OPERATIONS

One operator for the whole season

Rather than contracting a different supplier in every host city, KTC holds one contract, one service standard and one escalation path for the whole fixture list: dedicated team coaches, support vehicles for staff and media, kit vehicles where equipment exceeds the underfloor bays, and standby cover for schedule changes, overruns and weather calls.

KTC ON-SITE TEAM

KTC On-Site Team

A season, a tour or a tournament is easier to run when one team owns the movement plan. Our on-site coordinators work to the team manager and the event operations desk, so a change made once is issued to every vehicle at the same time.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Both. KTC runs single-fixture and tournament movement as well as season-long arrangements. A season contract is what makes it possible to hold a dedicated coach for the fixture list, keep the same crew throughout and rehearse venue access before the first match.

A full-size touring coach is the usual answer for the playing squad, because it combines proper seat pitch for tall athletes with the underfloor luggage capacity that sports kit demands. Staff groups, late arrivals and equipment runs are normally handled by Sprinters or mini vans running alongside the main coach.

Yes. Most squads travel with kit in the coach’s underfloor bays. Where equipment exceeds that, or where it has to reach the venue ahead of the squad, a separate vehicle is scheduled so player movement is never held up by loading.

Yes, and for a league season it is common. A full wrap means the vehicle must be dedicated to the team for the whole period rather than rotated, and presentation standards maintained throughout, so it is agreed at planning stage rather than added later.

Yes. Match officials, broadcast and production crew, sponsors and VIP guests all move on different schedules to the squad, and each group is planned separately within the same movement order so the vehicles do not conflict at the venue.

Yes. International work is delivered through a vetted partner network managed to KTC’s brief and service standard, with KTC holding the client relationship and the accountability, as with the coaches supplied for Major League Cricket in the United States.
